Eleco Azteca Slot Machine Manual
hello all!
after years of waiting, i finally just got my first pachislo machine as a birthday gift. it's a used 'eleco azteca' my father found at a garage sale. it seems to play without any errors. screen works fine and so far it's been quite fun. apart from one missing bulb, everything seems to be in working order. but i have a couple questions i hope you guys could help me out with.
how can i tell exactly what mine is? i saw from some searching that there is an azteca model, a legend, and a return of the legend model. is there a way to tell?
mine closely resembles the machine in this link:
AZTECA SKILL STOP SLOT MACHINE
can anyone explain how to adjust the volume? the only manual i got with the machine is a photocopy of what seems to be a generic manual for all pachislos. and it doesn't mention volume settings at all. i've found this pdf: http://www.angelfire.com/ct3/pachisl...oOperation.pdf but i don't have any of the physical switches in my machine that it mentions.
i did figure out how to turn the reset key to the right to get into the system menu, and i found a 'sound test' screen that has a volume setting that goes from 0-256, but i can't figure out how to save the setting after i adjust it. pressing the 'O' button just turns on the sound and pressing 'X' backs me out of that menu page.
when i turn the key back to normal game mode, the sound level is still at the same level as before (very very loud). am i missing a step there?
thanks for the help!
